How to Get Started

  1. Call, chat, or fill out our online form
  2. Free in-home consultation within 48 hours (routine, safety walkthrough, priorities)

  4. Care begins, typically within 1-3 days
  5. Ongoing support and adjustments as needed

Our Minimum Schedule

We require a minimum of 6-9 hours per week (3-hour visits, 2-3 times weekly). Consistent meal support requires routine—one-time visits don’t establish the structure needed for nutrition improvement.

Paying for Care: Medicare & Insurance Accepted

We accept and bill many major insurance plans, including Medicare Advantage plans. Coverage varies by plan, so we verify eligibility and benefits before services begin. Private pay options are also available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do deep cleaning?
No. We provide light housekeeping that supports daily living and safety. Deep cleaning, carpet shampooing, window washing, and heavy-duty scrubbing are typically outside non-medical home care scope. We focus on keeping the home tidy, safe, and functional.
Will this reduce fall risk?
Yes. The goal is to reduce hazards through consistent tidying, clearing pathways, organizing, and maintaining a safe living environment. Falls often happen at home due to clutter, spills, or trip hazards—we address those.
Can housekeeping be the only service, or does it have to be paired with personal care?
It can be included as part of a care plan. Sometimes it’s paired with personal care, meal prep, or companionship. We’ll recommend what’s realistic and safe during your consultation based on your loved one’s needs.
My parent is a hoarder. Can you help?
Light housekeeping isn’t appropriate for hoarding situations, which require specialized intervention. If hoarding is creating unsafe conditions, we’ll be honest during the consultation and can refer you to appropriate resources.
What if my parent refuses to let anyone clean or touch their things?
This is common. We respect boundaries and work within what your parent will accept. Our aides are trained to build trust gradually. During the consultation, we’ll discuss the best approach and realistic expectations.
Do you do outdoor work like yard maintenance or snow shoveling?
No. We focus on indoor light housekeeping related to daily living and safety. Outdoor work is outside our scope.
