What decides whether we can cover you

  • Caregiver availability near your parent, for the schedule you need.
  • The schedule itself — days, hours, and whether it can be staffed by the same small team.
  • Getting there safely — the home's location and whether it's safe for a caregiver working alone.

If you're outside Monmouth and Ocean County, or we can't staff your schedule reliably, we'll say so on the first call — and point you to a provider who can help.

Questions About Where We Work

Do you serve all of Monmouth and Ocean County?
Broadly, yes — but coverage depends on having a caregiver available for your parent's location and schedule. We confirm it on the first call, before anyone visits.
What if we're just outside your area?
We'll tell you plainly if we can't serve your location reliably, and we'll point you to a provider who can.
How quickly can you start in my area?
A free in-home visit within 48 hours, and care one to three days after that. Post-hospital situations get priority where we can manage it.
Can you help after a hospital discharge?
Yes. We can coordinate with discharge planners at CentraState, Riverview, Monmouth Medical Center, Community Medical Center and local rehab facilities so routines are in place for the first days home.
Does insurance cover care in my area?
Coverage depends on the plan, not the town. Traditional Medicare does not cover non-medical home care; many Medicare Advantage plans do, as can long-term care insurance, VA benefits and NJ FamilyCare MLTSS. We verify your parent's plan before care begins.
